Your life is not supposed to revolve around trauma healing work

You are not your trauma.
You are not what happened to you.

You might have some symptoms showing up and your nervous system might be in need of regulation, but obsessively looking for the next fix, although understandable, is in itself dysregulating and likely to be “feeding” a state of fight/flight in your system.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday, knowing that there is more to you than a trauma history. 😉
