Welcome to this private healing group.
This group is designed to heal deep dysregulation. Here we will learn, explore and heal together in an unique and powerful format.
We will be working with a specialised protocol to build regulation and resilience from the ground up. Reorganising and improving Proprioception, Neuroception, Interoception and Exteroception.
Healing dysregulation, at a deeper level, takes time and consistency. This is a medium to long-term healing plan. This will be an ongoing group.
This group is not substitute for 1:1 work, but it can be used in addition to your 1:1 sessions or on its own.
Where and when?
We meet online, on Zoom, once a month, typically the first Wednesday of every month, at 7:15pm GMT (please make sure you choose your local timezone during booking). Dates may occasionally change, but any future changes will be reflected on the website. These meetings can be booked up to 1 hour before the start of the meeting.
The sessions can be booked as you go. But if you struggle with consistency, the system also allows you to book many sessions at once. This might be a nice way to keep yourself involved and committed. If you choose to book a few sessions in a row, you will still receive all reminders and Zoom links for each session separately.
How does it work and how to prepare for the meetings?
In each unique session, we will be building up resilience and regulation through a specialised protocol and somatic work. For best results, it is highly recommend you rearrange your schedule, so that you can join the group every month.
Group meetings last around 60 minutes.
We will have somatic practice and a guided powerful protocol. We will then end with 2 minutes of healing silence.
If there is time (dependent on the planned session for the day), we will have a short Q&A.
The space is safe and relaxed. You can choose to have your camera turned on or off. Please make sure you find a pleasant seat (sofa or chair). Come with comfortable clothing and create a cozy set up at home.

This group is NOT for you:
If you are looking for a quick fix.
If you are looking for black and white answers. Healing is not linear.
Please note:
This experience is not suitable for people with psychiatric conditions such as, Schizophrenia, Psychosis, Personality Disorders and any other severe mental health (diagnosed and/or undiagnosed) conditions.
If you are pregnant, you are welcome to join, but please let Yara know at the time of booking and also in the beginning of the group session.
Investment:
Sliding scale £25- £70 for each session.

Attendance and recording
Due to the nature of the work and to keep the space safe, the meetings will not be recorded. The healing work is done live.
Method
Yara will be holding and guiding the space with TEB (Transforming the Experience-based Brain), through intentional touch and Somatic Experiencing (SE). Other somatic practices may also be used.
Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds
Somatic healing groups are non-refundable and non-transferable. If after booking you realise you can’t make it, you can reschedule to any future group. Rescheduling is permitted up to 1 hour before the start of the session and it is done through a button, at the bottom of your email confirmation.
