A simple somatic practice that can be done anywhere. Pause for 1 minute and do this...
* Feel your feet on the ground
* Notice your breath
* Drop your shoulders
* Relax your jaw
Now feel your feet on the floor again, noticing how they are supported by the ground.
Notice your breath as you do this.
Look around slowly, using your neck, and carry on with your day… ☺️😎
Simple, but an effective way to show your body that you are safe here and now. Allowing yourself a small break during a busy day + giving your nervous system a chance to reorganise.
