Years of dealing with inconsistency. How to build capacity in the nervous system?
One of the best ways to start is to build a relationship with your own body and nervous system.
Use the rhetorical questions below as a guide for observation:
🥊 How does it feel to be in fight/flight? What sensations do you notice in your body while in this state?
❄️ How does it feel, in your body, a freeze/shutdown/collapse?
🧐 What do you notice just before fight, flight or shutdown “comes to visit?”
Get curious while inviting more space to your system
And remember, this deep healing work is non linear and is intertwined with other aspects. The results are long-lasting and you take these skills with you for life, so it’s totally worth it! ☺️
