Constantly filling your days with nervous system regulation practices have little to do with deep inner healing

Deep healing is โ€ฆ

๐ŸŒฟ Meeting your body and nervous system where they are at.

๐ŸŒฟ Learning how your own unique system reacts to triggers.

๐ŸŒฟ Gently and consciously letting go of being in control of how your healing journey should go.

๐ŸŒฟ Making friends with your circumstances and your life story.

๐ŸŒฟ Accepting what has happened so far in your life.

๐ŸŒฟ Taking responsibility for how you meet life at every moment.

๐ŸŒฟ Reorganising your days and your life, so that you can focus on moving away from harmful people and unhelpful patterns.

๐ŸŒฟ Learning how to ask for help.

๐ŸŒฟ Knowing how and when to use the tools you have learnt; moment to moment.

๐ŸŒฟ Finding spiritual and objective truth.

๐ŸŒฟ Learning to ask for space or taking a break when strong triggers arise.

๐ŸŒฟ Responding with gentleness to yourself and others.

๐ŸŒฟ Building a brand new repertoire for social interactions that you havenโ€™t learnt growing up.

๐ŸŒฟ Finding contentment in simplicity.

After decades going from โ€œhealerโ€ to โ€œhealerโ€, going from therapy to therapy, from course to course and lost in the new age. I eventually found a way out of the unhelpful madness. I had to find a way to go deeper, and thatโ€™s what I bring to the work I offer to the world.

If you are on my page, I know you desire the same. And I will continue to share everything I know, so that you donโ€™t have to struggle for as long as I did.
