These conditions are systemic.
They don't develop suddenly. It takes years of emotional suppression, unresolved traumas and a pattern of pushing through life using survival strategies; combined with patterns of disconnection from the body.
So far all people I have met with these conditions are experiencing nervous system dysregulation.

We often get caught on receiving lots of holistic interventions, taking lots of supplements and trying many special diets. But if we don’t tend to our nervous systems, none of these other interventions will take root.
At its best you are wasting your money/time and at its worst you are overwhelming your system and adding to the dysregulation by using so many random interventions all at the same time.
Golden tip: start gentle, as the first goal is not to release tension or resolve traumas; but to stabilise your system and build a felt sense of safety. Without this first you will continue to over stimulate and dysregulate your system.
