Nervous system resilience

Healing and integrating everything that has been “stuck” in the body for years, and for some of us issues that even started during the gestational period, takes time. It takes building up capacity and resilience in your nervous system.

The body can only “release” what’s ready to release and integrate.

This process can’t be pushed and it can’t be forced.

In deep trauma work we slow right down.
It’s not a black and white process. We get out of our heads and start to make our way back into our bodies. We respect the body’s wisdom to heal and reorganise.

Deep healing requires patience. Resilience is key.

This is not a world of hacks.
In this type of healing you will see deep listening, slowing down, and honouring the body’s responses.
