Things I LOVE about somatic healing work

🌿 It’s grounded and simple, yet very effective.

🌿 You don’t need to have conscious memory of any traumas, events or issues for it to work.

🌿 You don’t have to dig up the past for you to feel better.

🌿 It helps simplify life and to focus on what’s important.

🌿 You learn to navigate your limits and to respect others’ limits.

🌿 No need to talk about problems.

🌿 It’s pragmatic, no woo woo. Simply bringing you back to reality in tolerable steps.

🌿 You finally start to reconnect to your body. Finding a sense of self.

🌿 It naturally improved my productivity levels and how I navigate life, without having to figure things out in my head.

This is my personal list. I could probably add at least another 10 items and counting...
