What is healing? What does it look like?

Your current window of tolerance:

• Narrow window.

• Little to no capacity to feel and discern emotions.

• Physical health symptoms.

• Little flexibility in the nervous system.

• Struggling to get back into homeostasis.

• Little or no felt sense of safety.

• Taking things personally.

• Constantly in a state of hyper alert.

• Addictive behaviours.

• Little self responsibility.

• Overreactive etc..

This is what healing looks like and more... ☺️

• Wider window

• Flexibility between autonomic nervous system states.

• Disappearance or improvement of chronic symptoms.

• More clarity.

• Able to hold space for your own emotions and for the emotions of others.

• Better discernment in all areas.

• More productivity.

• Able to express your needs without blaming others.

• Less triggers and if/when triggered the system knows how to get back into homeostasis much faster.

• Healthy boundaries.

• Better relationships etc...
