Why am I not seeing results when I have tried so hard to heal?

You can have great self awareness and still struggle to put things into practice if your body is not on board with your mind.

You can know all your unhealthy patterns, noticing many errors on others and be fully aware of all the BS stories you tell yourself, but still be unable to change your behaviour.

You can get help from many different cognitive therapeutic modalities and the most famous psychoanalytic school of thoughts and still be unable to enjoy fulfilling relationships.

You can join many law of attraction expensive seminars and participate in manifestation courses and still have no meaningful achievements to show and feel unable to move forward in the direction you desire.

All of this because your nervous system does not have the capacity to hold the sensations that come with all the good things you want in life.

If you keep on ignoring the core issues and focus on the surface level work that use your survival strategies to achieve results; you will end up stuck in the same loop of trying many modalities, feeling better for awhile, only to come crashing down again. I know this pattern well, as this has happened to me for about 3 decades of my life.

There is definitely hope, if you:

🌿Are willing to work with reality instead of against it.

🌿If you are open to explore coming back into your body.

🌿If you feel curious in getting to know the traumatised and surviving parts within your psyche.

🌿If you feel ready to release fight/flight/freeze/shutdown incomplete responses from your nervous system.

🌿If you are keen to build capacity in your system to hold your positive experiences.

🌿If you are interested in healing your deeper wounds.

All this may sound scary and complicated, but in reality, with the right type of support, the process is gentle, grounded and you even have some fun along the way with the deep insights you keep on receiving.

This type of work is what you have always wanted to do this whole time you kept on searching and knocking on the wrong doors.
